Watch: Yobs damage cars at Davies Car Sales by throwing bricks

SHAMELESS thugs were filmed breaking windows and damaging cars at a car dealership in Warrington.

The owner of Davies Car Sales on Padgate Lane says he is ‘furious and disgusted’ by the actions of the teenagers.

The incident occurred Saturday evening August 27 in broad daylight around 5:30 p.m.

CCTV from the dealership shows three individuals, believed to be between the ages of 15 and 17 and wearing dark hoodies and face coverings, throwing bricks at cars in the forecourt.

The video even shows one of the perpetrators jumping on one of the cars.

A total of three cars were damaged in the senseless attack and a shop window was smashed, with damage up to £4,000.

It is the second attack in the area in two weeks, with the Used Cars in Warrington dealership, also on Padgate Lane, vandalized 10 days earlier when five car windows were damaged.

Mark Davies, Managing Director of Davies Car Sales, said: ‘It’s so infuriating, and I’m just disgusted that young people are doing this in their local community in broad daylight, all in balaclavas and running through the streets.

“I want to make people aware that this is happening. It’s ridiculous that children cause this kind of damage.

“It’s a busy junction and someone must know these idiots, who fled into the graveyard opposite and jumped over the wall into Helsby Street, opposite the Esso garage on Manchester Road.

“This is an unprovoked attack and should not be tolerated in the community.”

Mark is urging people to share the call in a bid to find those responsible, with a reward being offered for information leading to a conviction.

Anyone with information should call Mark on 01925 635627 or Cheshire Police on 101.

Information can also be submitted anonymously by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
